Trading robot observation mode is a research state in which a system continues to collect evidence before a stronger decision is made.

A robot candidate does not need to be changed, promoted or rejected after every test period.

Sometimes the available evidence is simply incomplete.

The sample may be too small. Trade frequency may be low. Market conditions may have been too narrow. A technical issue may need more observation. Or the robot may be behaving normally, but not long enough to justify another step.
